Our 55 plus service is designed to assist you initially through accurate diagnosis, activity modification and/or hands on treatment (manual therapy) or gentle (non-athletic) exercise.

We supervise you while you learn exercises, helping you to improve your body awareness, to correct errors and ensure you utilise the most efficient movement & body positioning strategies. Home exercises are typically gentle exercises in comfortable positions that you can do with no expensive equipment in the comfort of your own home.

While many therapies focus on athletic-type exercise, they don’t address the core issue that affects every movement. So everyday living and your normally enjoyable activities become painful and limited. Our strategy is to help you with simple regular fall and balance exercises if helpful as well as identifying and addressing your underlying core issues and their compensations. So you can enjoy normal daily activities and life without the problems again.
